www.RawAndFit.com Casey here from Raw And Fit. I know that a TON of people are interested in a raw food lifestyle, but they are having a hard time figuring out exactly what to do. All the books, websites, local produce workers, and holistic practitioners have their own way to go about raw foods. I was in that same situation, until a few things happened that really scared me. Without going into detail, both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer in a 6-month span. I did what any good son would do &#8211; I researched the best methods to remove the cancer. What I found was alarming, but made total sense &#8212; a 100% raw food vegan diet had been shown to stop the growth of cancer, and in many circumstances, even reverse it! I already had a strong background in fitness, as I love to be active, but raw foods were new to me. With the information I found, I pieced the puzzle together to create a plan that has helped my parents recover from cancer, improved our health, and gave so so so much mental clarity. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People who are always on the go everyday wish that they could be free from pain and also from stress once in awhile. And one way of doing it is starting a daily routine with yoga.</p>
<p>When you awake each morning put a mat on the floor and bring your knees to your chest and then roll back and raise your legs high in the air and remain bottoms up until you have cleared your head.</p>
<p>Then it is time to stand up and drop your head all the way down to your knees and shins if possible, when you feel it is time you can then grab your tooth brush and get along with the day.</p>
<p>Hope you are not one of those that has to shock themselves awake with coffee, cigarettes as well as heavy exercise, or possible none at all.</p>
<p>Yoga advocates choose to remain calm of the intense approach of other fad fitness programs.</p>
<p>The belief is an approach to fitness should be a non violent one working very smoothly as well as concentrating on the pace while not competing with others.</p>
<p>As human being, we should take care of our body and treat our body well with good exercise and healthy food everyday. You should go through a routine from the yoga technique that comes from the procedure known as Sanskrit which preferably focus on the 28 postures.</p>
<p>When practicing these you should range from deep breathing to the small pretzel like stretches. Yoga is very strenuous, however it is not done with pain, and your entire body receives a terrific workout.</p>

<p>Ask Yourself, how do I feel today, both physically and mentally, Where is my balance and coordination this day? Should I really pay special attention to something else.</p>
<p>Practice your yoga in the early morning hours or early evening for about an hour after eating a light meal, add a couple hours if you eat a full meal. Also if you are hungry try drinking milk, fruit juice or tea.</p>

The spiritual reason behind this is the fact that people who practice yoga gain some consciousness of spirit that allows them to not eat meat living beings. They practice kindness to all animals and to emphasize the benefits vegetarian diet.</p>
<p>Yoga Diet has been able to withstand the test of time and has been around for a number of years. It consists mainly of whole grains, cereals, fresh vegetables and fruits. Practicing it not only takes care of your health but also help in rejuvenating your soul and spirit. Also it helps you to lose weight and remain healthy, thus making you feel better.</p>
<p>The main content of a diet Yoga and ways and means in which you can stay healthy with diet centered yoga are discussed here.</p>
<p>As the yoga diet is typically a vegetarian diet without beef or fish the requirement of protein your body is taken care of by the incorporation beans and legumes in your diet. A good quantum of salads, sprouted beans, lentils, bean soups and bean dishes made from lentils and are instrumental in providing you with the much needed protein intake. Dairy products such as milk, cheese, butter, yoghurt etc. are allowed and are useful in providing energy for body. Seasonal and organic vegetables are the main source of nutrition. Dishes such as curries, appetizers and entries can be made of such fresh vegetables.</p>
<p>Plenty of water doses are recommended for a healthy mind and body. According the prescription of a Yoga diet, your body must be at least 2 liters of water daily can be consumed as of plain water or fruit juices and vegetables, nuts, milk, other liquid soybean milk. Especially recommended are those foods that can be digested easily such as juices, fruits, vegetables, milk, honey etc.</p>
<p>Foods that are difficult to digest should be avoided. The main concept of yoga is to keep your immune system in good shape and if intake lots highly processed foods, which can not be digested easily, then the whole purpose of yoga diet will be defeated. You should avoid consuming food made with white flour or white sugar and foods packed with preservatives that are added to keep them fresh for a longer period. This type of food can be harmful to your health.</p>
<p>Yoga also prescribes diets that you should eat your food slowly and chew it adequately before swallowing so that food can be digested easily. Fibrous and green leafy vegetables are the most recommended for easy digestion.</p>
<p>If you follow a proper diet and yoga to supplement it with yoga workouts, you&#8217;re sure to stay in shape and lose weight faster. This is also surety reduce the chances of heart attacks, kidney disease, stroke and cancer. Meat lovers are more prone to cancer and heart attacks than those who follow a balanced vegetarian diet.</p>
<p>A well chalked out yoga diet provides all the protein needed for your body and minerals the yogic exercises along with diet pure vegetarian gives you so making your spiritual rejuvenation body, soul and spirit work in trade union rights and income positive results.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Partner Yoga: Usually, Partner Yoga is reserved to workshops or special occasion classes. When I first practiced Yoga, as a child, we did a lot of partner work. In those days, I don&#8217;t think we were really concerned with space issues. Kids tend to gravitate toward each other like a &#8220;litter of kittens.&#8221;</p>
<p>Somehow, Partner Yoga has not grown among adults in the popularity it deserves. In a Partner Yoga class, many students remark at how much they got out of each aspect, including meditation. A relaxation sequence can be performed with the crowns of the two heads being four to six inches apart. This actually creates a more intense form of relaxation.</p>
<p>Marie, my wife, and I used to teach these classes to singles groups. This puts a &#8220;new twist&#8221; on the term, &#8220;blind date.&#8221; Our Partner Yoga workshops did serve to get singles more comfortable with each other. So, Partner Yoga can be adapted and re-define the purpose of a Yoga class.</p>
<p>We know that Yoga training helps people in every aspect of health. However, Partner Yoga integrates Yoga with touch, bonding, and sometimes, a bit of humor. All of these, combined with Yoga practice, make for a very healthy activity. Despite all of this, Partner Yoga seems to be resigned to workshops. Partner Yoga is also a good &#8220;at home practice&#8221; to be shared among loved ones.</p>
<p>Prenatal Yoga: To be blunt &#8211; If you are teaching pregnant students without their doctor&#8217;s approval, and you are not a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor, you are &#8220;playing with fire.&#8221; It is hard enough in a Yoga class to address the needs of all students. For pregnant Yoga students, I recommend a specific Prenatal Yoga class.</p>
<p>This may seem a bit harsh, but Yoga instructors need to protect themselves, legally, as well as the health of all their students. Once you research all the precautions and guidelines for Prenatal Yoga, you will fully understand my point.</p>
<p>Just to &#8220;scratch the surface of the iceberg,&#8221; here are a few ideas to consider. Prenatal Yoga is a specialist&#8217;s field. Just because you briefly covered it in a level 1 Yoga teacher training, does not mean you should enter this field without a specialist education and certification in Prenatal Yoga.</p>
<p>Each trimester is handled differently. The first trimester can be as dangerous as the third trimester, if a student is not receiving specialized Prenatal Yoga instruction. The last trimester is similar to Chair Yoga, but that does not qualify a Chair Yoga instructor to work with pregnant students.</p>
<p>Therefore, if you feel the &#8220;calling&#8221; to teach Prenatal Yoga, you should enroll in a Prenatal Yoga course. Once you graduate as a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor, you will be glad you did. This is a rewarding field, but you need to be trained properly to become a Prenatal Yoga teacher.</p>
